Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Art Studio Agency ERP, the internal business operations and finance platform of Art Studio Agency.

Authorized use

Access is limited to users authorized by Art Studio Agency. Users must use the ERP only for legitimate company business and in accordance with their assigned roles, permissions, and applicable company procedures.

Account responsibility

Users are responsible for protecting their account access and must not share credentials or attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, audit, or other security controls.

Business information

Users are responsible for entering accurate operational and business information and for following applicable approval, accounting, financial, and audit procedures when using the platform.

Google integrations

When an approved Google integration is enabled, such as Google Calendar, the ERP may use Google services only for the functionality disclosed in the ERP Privacy Policy and authorized by the user or organization.

Service availability and changes

Art Studio Agency may maintain, update, restrict, suspend, or modify the ERP and its integrations when reasonably required for security, reliability, compliance, or business operations.

Privacy

Information handled through the ERP is governed by the Art Studio Agency ERP Privacy Policy.
